Contact Old Friends

Why not try to renew contact with former school friends who you may have lost touch with over the years? To help you in this we are able to offer you either of the following two options:

1. You can either email the committee, using the address shown below, by writing a short contact message to that friend on the email. We will then check if they are registered on the Rosarians Database, if they are we will pass on your message and obviously your contact details, requesting that they make contact with you. We will confirm to you that either your message has been sent, or that we cannot respond as they are not registered members of Rosarians. We cannot however disclose their details without their permission.

2. Or alternatively we can also forward letters to your old school friends for whom you have no contact details. To do this, you should firstly contact us by email (or post - address as shown in the 'Contact Us' page) with both their names and year of starting (if known), we will then check if they are on the database. If they are, we will reply asking you to send your letter to the secretary, sealed in an envelope, together with a separate stamp to cover postage. We will then forward it on together with our covering letter. We cannot, under the terms of the Data Protection Act, forward any contact details directly to you unless that person has given their specific permission and which is recorded on the database. If your friend is not a registered Rosarian member and we have no details we will inform you by return.
